Great photos Uni ;)

white choc chip sesame and sunflower biscuits from a packet of gourmet mix I bought so I could deconstruct them and figure the recipe out.

I hope you do figure it out Den. They sound great :D

When I make bread soon will add sour cream to my regular dough..... And post on my own sponge dough bread thread.
See what happens.
I do so love  playing with bread dough... Sad but true!
