My girls love playing with bread dough too.......seems it has an irristable pull toward it while rising.... :-))

This looks pretty good Uni. I think I would not bother with the lattice crust on top but do a crumble top instead.

My efforts are pretty ordinary compared with the fab things everyone has been cooking.  Have just read 10 pages.!!! 
Today made Madras curry powder ,  recipe from TMX Indian Book.  Also Cookies adaption of the Vienna loaf from the Bourke Street BakeryBook.  excellent.    Yesterday made Smoked Oyster Pâté.  Made Neil Perry's Passionfruit cake from Sat Age.  Tomorrow will make Mustard Fruits for Xmas Day.

Long post with pics

Today I made:
48 rolls
1 birthday cake
2 fish pies
1 shooters pie
Pizza dough for Saturday night now frozen
Small egg custard tart with left overs.

White rolls


Granary rolls


Pizza dough needs rise on thawing


Uncooked cake ( will need fixing when icing!)


Lunch for DS


Shooters pie tinned apple better, I russets and not so good.








Egg custard mini sized, half each for pudding.
