All your cooking looks like a page out of a recipe book Julie.  :)

All the food looks lovely. Uni I love the new avatar.

I agree Cookie. Uni your new avitar is lovely.

I am getting jealous of everyone's cooking. I have not done much cooking lately.

Wow!  Uni - the mushroom dust - do you just dehydrate  and then blitz?  How do you store it, use it?

The mushroom dust sounds interesting Uni.

I'm trying out a moulded lasagne - a pictorial that Andie posted. While we were away last weekend, we spied some lovely coloured pasta. I bought a packet with recipe in mind. I'm trying the recipe out first with regular pasta to see how it goes before using the coloured stuff. It's in the oven now will post a photo later when it's finished and unmoulded.

I've been googling and have found a recipe for dessert lasagna. Maybe I will give that a go too. :)
