Last night I made 2 dozen fruit mince pies and one batch of short bread. Tonight I need to make another batch of shortbread and 2 pull aparts for lunch tomorrow. Plus we are having company for dinner and I am making the Warm Chicken, pumpkin and couscous salad from the veroma demo for tea and something for dessert.

Another batch of gingerbread shortbread cookies (from Tenina's Merry Christmix book) - made a double of the sugar mix in the weekend.  Mum's collecting my pressies for the family I won't be seeing at Xmas, so thought I'd send off some of these with them.

Almond pancakes for breakfast, baked eggs for lunch, a couple of batches of shortbread and I'm thinking of making some apple, mint and rosemary jelly as my mint is going a bit wild at the moment and needs to be chopped back.

The recipe said that the Ragu is best left for a day or two to allow the flavours to develop. I've decided to wait, but a little spoonful and it was wow! Can't wait for tomorrow to eat it.
