Thanks girls.
The recipe is a basic custard cookie one i found in woman's day and use all the time. Didn't think to post it. Will do so in near future.

Made the Fennel seed salt mix from Teninas FFS.  Made 3 times mix for Xmas Gifts,  I added some of my Lemon dust to the mix.
Made lots of Chicken stock,  liquid. Picked a basket of Coriander  to make pesto tomorrow. Cooked a piece of pickled pork to have for lunches.

I made Cranberry Sauce from the recipe on the UK Thermomix website.Not happy with the result. :-\ Looks like I will be re-cooking it tomorrow. :P

Cooking today....more of Amy's quiches to take to school party at 11am (they are in the oven now)
Brownie slice again
bread rolls
nuts and bolts
...and if I get time, some muffins of some sort to try out my new mould...butterflies (think the girls are going to love me!!)
