I made a Lemon Tea Cake today using one of the Bundt tins that I got from Amazon.  Turned out so well, but sorry I didn't take a photo of before I dusted with icing sugar as you could see the pattern more.  Anyway, it gives you the idea.

The cake was lovely as it had a lemon/sugar glaze poured over the top while still warm.

I served a slice with a dollop of whipped cream and some fresh raspberries and blueberries.

Looks very moist Julie - the tin is lovely.

You haven't happened to see a Nordic pan in your travels that has banana trees on top? Kitchenware Direct use to carry it but not anymore.

Amazon Mcmich, they seem to be much cheaper than what you can usually buy them here, even with postage.

ETA, just seen that Goldfish has posted the same link.  ;D

Nice desserts girls - I don't think I've ever eaten a cobbler before and aren't the tins we can get today just fantastic. Is it any wonder our cupboards/drawers are bulging.
