Started off making just enough for me (cut down the recipe to 1/3) and it just wouldn't work out. So I binned that lot and had to make the full recipe. Anyone know how long spaghetti pasta can dry like this for before being used?
if it dry well CP it can last for years

i made the no fuss with only 1 rise its like the Turkish bread from bakers delight and only cooked it 4 15 mins i wanted the inside a tad under cooked

Great cooking everyone  :-*
i don't need a recipe i'm italian

Today is going to be a day of tinkering in the kitchen for me :D

cheesy puffs, kale pesto, nut butter, working out how to use spelt flour, anything else that takes my fancy :)

Uni, that bread looks divine!

We're having people over for brunch tomorrow. I've never hosted brunch before but I think I already like it. Most of the food can be prepared the day before and apart from some smoked salmon/ham, it's relatively cheap too -although it wouldn't be if I wasn't making everything from scratch thanks to TMX...
My list for today:
Sour cream loaf
Croissants
Lemon curd
Garlic paste
Pesto
Corn fritters
Granola
It may be a tad ambitious, I'm hoping that by sharing what I intend to cook I'm making myself accountable!
I have a Facebook page with all things cooking, you'll find it here: https://www.facebook.com/What-Amber-Ate-1097437023601587/

Love your photos Uni.

Those muffins look great CP

Toaday I have made a pot of bolognaise sauce for the freezer. 2 egg & bacon pies using the pastry from the EDC book (I uses half plain flour & half SR flour). Zucchini & Rice pie with filo pastry.  Meat patties for dinner tonight.  I now have some beetroot roasting in the oven.  Have never made this before so it will be interesting to see how it goes.  :)

Lovely photos Uni. Love the idea of one rise. What have you sprinkled on top of the bread?

used up the last of the tomatoes in the vege patch with MJ's Passata once again.
Then Spag Bolg from the EDC. I've noticed that no bacon is reqd now, and the wine is tipped in with everything else in the last step. No bacon but instead a mix of 200g pork and 200g beef mince.
