That cheese looks amazing. I was going to buy myself a cheese making kit for my Mothers Day present. Would you recommend it Maddy or is it really hard?

go for it Brummington.....it's not hard, particularly if you bought a kit.

Sponge cupcakes with strawberry jam centres





Prosciutto roll ups with cream cheese, artichokes & basil
Salmon roll ups, using Frozzies smoked salmon cone recipe
And Isi's crispy olives

lovely looking bread rolls MMich. I miss baking bread, firs too all my super powered sour dough starter exploded out of the jar, the following week we had a mouse problem and I threw away all my bread flours, will have to start again! Your photo has inspired me!
