 ;D

Just a basic WW buttercake recipe
I just used the WW Basic Butter cake recipe.

Ingredients

250g butter, softened
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups (275g) caster sugar
3 eggs
2 1/4 cups (335g) self raising flour
3/4 cup (180ml) milk

Method
Preheat oven to 180C.
Beat Butter, vanilla extract and sugar till light and fluffy.
Beat in eggs, one at a time. Stir in sifted flour and milk, in two batches.
Spread mixture into pan. Bake about 1 hour or until done.
Stand cake 5 mintues. Turn top side up onto wire rack to cool

CC....I just creamed the butter & sugar in Thermie for 3 mins, speed 4.
threw in the rest of the ingredients, and mixed speed 5, 30 secs., scrape then mixed another 30 secs.

the hardest part is cutting it straight!  :P
.........EAT CAKE!

That is deceiving Maddy. DS6 would love to take that sort of sandwich to school for lunch. Might even fool his teacher ;D

I'm out at the moment but when I get home I need to do bread and I hope to use one of the cheese making kits I received for my birthday.
