Lucky Mum Astarra.

Maddy you'll get there, you always make your deadlines.  Don't forget the photo though.

Maddy, it's hard to decorate when your heart's not in it. I hope you get it done as quickly as possible.
I don't need those bread tins (fingers crossed behind my back) :-))
I like your laminations Judy.
I made your chicken soup for dinner and it was well received by the family, even fussy DS. There's even some left over for lunches. ;D

The mini panda cupcakes for DD's class party

They may only be small, but placing sprinkle mouths & attaching the eyes on 45 of them, took way longer than expected  :-\  finished at 2 am....then DD announced this morning she wouldn't go today, as they are only watching movies  :o   Tuff luck girlie!  She's on the bus as I type  :P

They are just too cute Maddie. You need to post the photo in the celebration cake thread.
I think your DD deserves the cross eyed one in the middle!

I thought that one would have been what maddy looked like at the end of it ES  :D

Maddy they are delightful and yes, DD had no option but to go to school today after that mammoth effort of yours.  What a great Mum you are to sacrifice much needed sleep to get this task done.  Bravo maddy.

Well done Maddy, they look amazing. DD is lucky she didn't get one of them thrown at her after that effort  ;D

Astarra, that's the same ebay shop I purchased my tins from.

Did you make all the little bits and bobs for the faces?

I made the UK newsletter buttercream ( it's quick), dipped in sanding sugar, choc bits for ears/eyes & nose, and attached mini confetti for the eyes, and edible texta for the pupils.  The mouth was choc sprinkles, so trying to pick up those little suckers & place them was time consuming.     Would have been quicker to make cake pops    ;)
