Have some spinach and ricotta parcels in the oven at the moment.

Made a large family size meat pie yesterday.  Was going to make small ones in the pie maker and then couldn't be bothered with the fuss so made it a large one.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

In the midst of making chicken tom yam soup plus chicken meatballs and potatoes in tomato sauce. If my sore back would allow me, I'll make a soya milk pudding later.

Fried a simple noodles for lunch.

They look delicious Maddy!  ;D

I have made butter, peanut butter and some ginger nuts.  I also have a stew on the stove. It's pretty cool don here today, the temperature didn't get above 11.

On Thursday at DD's house we cooked together.  We made jalapeno and lime aioli to have with mexican style crab cakes and tenina's quinoa and corn salad.  Of course DW wasn't eating any of this so we made cheese sauce, cauliflower and salmon patties.

The whole time I kept thinking I wish I had a second bowl.  :P
