Sounds wonderful Chookie, lock it away in the freezer - that's another thing I'd love to sample.  I wish I lived next door to you LOL.

CP,  I was thinking of you when I made it.  I was wondering if I should put some chocolate in it and call it liquorice bullet ice cream.  What do you think.?
Judy, I think I will have to make a second lot before you come.

Oh no. Not for me! It's mad how tastes can be do different. A nice vanilla or chocolate ice cream. I'm sure if I tasted it I might change my mind though.

The ice-cream sounds divine Chookie. Did you make it in the TMX or ice-cream maker?

Michele, in the ice cream machine but mixed first in the TMX.
3/4 cup sug, raw
600 mls cream
250 mls milk
Good dash home made vanilla
100 mls of this liqueur
Good handful of soft eating liquorice, added in last 5 mins.
