Yum Maddy you are a great mum.

Gert I see you've been to Rustys :)  or the new little cured meats shop. We loved the smoked barramundi and I'm thinking I will try making a smoked barramundi pate :)

Where do you get the energy from maddy - you never cease to amaze me.  Just beautiful and oh to be on the end of one of your lovely creations.  Well done, give yourself a pat on the back.  You are just brilliant.

I bet all the teachers are fighting over who will teach your kids next year, just so they can get one of your beautiful hampers :)

Kringles look yummy bron.
Awesome Maddy well done yet again.....now go to bed early tonight my dear 😉
Mum and I made pork wontons and Singapore noodles (both non tmx recipes). Wontons very easy to make, but a little dry on the inside. Better with a dipping sauce.

Yesterday my mum, sister, niece & nephew came to visit as we won't see each other at Xmas.  So to feed the crew (especially the STARVING teenage boy) I made custard and cranberry scolls, baguettes (served with ham, cheese, tomato & salad greens), chewy chocolate slice, and also had a snack of blue cheese, crackers, avocado & tomatoes.
And mum brought a big pot of macaroni cheese along with a box of fruit and vege (as she lived near some market gardens, and the prices here have gone nuts for Xmas).

They were only here about 4 hours, but it's all gone (well, not ALL the fruit) so need to get baking for today's meals!!
