Maddy, all just gorgeous!  Can't believe all that you do.  :o

I've got a couple of those Brown shortbread moulds but the shortbread didn't turn out as defined as yours.  Looks wonderful.  :D

Love the gingerbread house Maddy! It is surely the most magnificent gingerbread house I've ever seen :)

Just made some of Tenina's vanilla bean pastry to finish off the rest of the fruit mince I made from JulieO's recipe. They've just come out of the oven...yum :)

Not sure what else I'll make today...I really want to cook but we have so many left overs it just seems OTT.

Might dehydrate some cherries instead.

Maddy your gingerbread house is just beautiful!  I have that chefs toolbox gingerbread house mold but have never used it - must get it out now that you have inspired me.

I have discovered that some pages of my EDC cookbook are still in pristine condition and not decorated with spots, smudges and scribbles. So I am going to spend some time these holidays making them look like the other pages. First up is the Five seed bread and the Banana, walnut and date bread. Also cooking fig jam from Rainbow recipes and an apricot preserve.

Edited to add: OMG Maddy I just saw you gingerbread house! Beautiful 8)

I just made corned beef left over ham fritters.  I'm sure I got the recipe from this forum, and I'm sure it is one of judydawn's recipes - but for the life of me I can't find it on here again.  Lucky I have it stored in McGourmet :D

The fritters were lovely with salad, and very popular with the kids.
