Is there nowhere in Bali where you can buy guaranteed fresh eggs Uni?

not sure JD, maybe i can buy some off a man that runs a small hotel ,he serves 14,000 eggs per year with no problems with the eggs or buying my own chickens and keep them in a coop AT ALL TIMES   ;D

Vienna loaf, scrolls, a gluten /dairy / sugar free carrot cake, rich chocolate cakes made with beetroot and zucchini and finally some scones (no photo of them because I make them so often thanks to Nay Nay's recipe!). Now cooking a whole snapper on the BBQ for sons, daughter having prawns and we are having natural lobster.

Lovely food and photos Kyton.

Uni I had a chuckle over your eggs. Having grown up on a farm I NEVER crack an egg directly into the mixture. I always crack it into a bowl first.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Cookie I do that too - and we have our own chooks, so I know exactly how old they are etc. but I think it is just a habit I do to make sure there is nothing "extra"!

Awww...that's so sweet, Suzanne :)

Great cooking, Kyton.

Guess I'm not cracking egg directly into mixtures from now onwards :)
