Busy day Robyn. I made Katie's chilli and cheese bread. Delicious with the leftover sundried tomato and cashew dip and cashew chicken for dinner.

No cooking for a while. Fridge has potato and leek soup, leftover Indian, cashew chicken and chicken veloute and DH flies out tomorrow.

Roasted some mixed veg and made two very rustic veg tarts with some sheets of puff patry from the freezer that needed to be used up.

Another loaf of Cheats Sour Dough bread

and a Cinnamon Slice.

Sorry ladies the slice was not made in the tmx.  It's a pretty simple recipe so I will try converting it next time I make it. :)

I made some bread, then some soup as it was quite cool. We had soup and vegetable, curry pie for dinner. It was lovely.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Feeling lazy, had stir fry veges with rice.  DD and I had some prawns with our, i tossed them in a little cornflour, sprayed with oil and AFed for 4 min at 200c, lovely and crispy on outside and juicy in mddle.  All from freezer.
