Two loaves of olive oil bread with toasted seeds, chicken stock, beef rendang and a Pedro Ximenez jelly with chocolate and caramel layers (DH needs cheering up, that's my excuse!). I'll post the recipe if it comes out well, although I probably shouldn't as the calorie count will be something horrific. Still, a serve of this would save you from going dangerously weak and faint at the end of a busy weekend 😉

Happy birthday to your DD, Denise xx

Kimmy, that bouquet is sooooo pretty! How is it done? What tip did you use to pipe, and how did you keep them up? Nice idea for girly birthdays...won't be able to try it on my boys. Hehehe.
I used the Wilton 1M tip BZB and copied Maddy's on this thread http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=6722.0 Jamberie did one too, it's near the end of the thread.
I put play dough in the bottom, another Maddy trick, and used ordinary cheap skewers and stuck the cupcakes on. Very easy.

DD1 made these for DD2 today, she found a great recipe that whipped ganache.  It looked pretty and tasted yum.

Beautiful cup cakes BZB.

I made a batch of Ham Cheese & Zucchini Scrolls for lunch with the help of GS and they are all gone so no photo.  Also made some spaghettie sauce to go with meatball from the freezer for dinner tonight.

How I wish I did make those pretty cupcakes, Mab. Alas, they are not my creation 😁

They were created by Denise's talented daughter 👏👏👏

Oh dear, I think it must be that old timers disease setting in :)

My apologies for that Denise, your DDs cakes are beautiful.
