Judy,  you might like to try a 1/2 recipe for Naan.  Not just for Indian dishes.  Yesterday ate it with cheese and apple, today with mashed Banana.

Trouble is, I have a freezer full of bread and rolls at the moment Chookie but I would love to try it.  They have some at an Indian stall at the football, maybe I should just buy one of them at this week's match.

I make a batch of naan and freeze some of it. DH loves to use it for sandwiches.

Made this for dinner tomorrow night. The jumbo pasta shells are filled with TMX made ricotta and cashew cream.  I added steamed kale and silverbeet.

That's good.
So far today I've done some everyday bread and a quiche for tomorrow.

Seeing pictures of such amazing food and reading about what everyone is cooking makes me want to be in my kitchen too but I must be patient and use up what I've frozen.
