I was so excited to see Maddy back that I forgot to share my cooking. I made Pomegranate Molasses, German Bread as 3 rolls and a small loaf, Freekah Salad, and the Apple Pie from Budget Busters.

What Bramble Jelly recipe do you use CC?
Do you strain the pips out?
Your jars look great. I love homemade jams and pickles!

CC I love the labels.
I actually call cup cakes, little cakes as that was what we called them as kids and it has stuck in this household. Old habits and all that. :D :D

Thanks girls :-*
Boo I used a recipe from the BBC Food Recipes.I did strain the fruit mixture through a jelly bag to get rid of the pips.DH isn't keen on pips in things :-))  And yes I did add the Creme De Cassis ;)  :D The recipe work very well and I recommend it.

Today I made Nay Nay's scones, Tenina's strawberry jam, Golden fish curry and slow cooked beef chilli and Moroccan sweet potato and chickpea soup. That should keep us going.
