Yes, it's a Miele Denise.

Great cooking in your new machine, it must be so much easier having had TM31 experience.

The cooking looks great Bedlam.

I made strawberry jam, took a lot longer than the EDC said so am hoping it will set, normally use a preserving pan. Also made strawberry ice cream and then mulberry cordial.

Judy,  hate it when appliances play up.
The flat breads are a bit dryer than a crepe and don't fold as well.   But taste good.  The original recipe was from Gourmet Traveller and baked in oven with a lot of oil.  We didn't like the end result which was burnt around the edges and soft in the middle. So I decided to make flat breads/ crepes with mixture.   Cooked on stove top in heavy based non stick pan with just a brush of oil for first one.  Can be made ahead and I think would freeze well.  Very quick to make,  just a few seconds . Can prepare mixture in advance. Could cook on flat plate on BBQ.  Can add different flavours to basic mixture.  These had garlic and rosemary. Could use Indian or Middle Eastern spices. The TMX grinds the spices well into the flour.
Sorry, probably too much info! ,

The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

Chookie, I love how you go where no-one else has been with recipes.  Chookie's test kitchen is alive and well, you are amazing.

Judy you make me laugh.  ;D

Next version of Besan Flat Bread.  Heated a leftover one in the AF and ate it with my 5.2 soup for lunch.  Low calories , high nutritional value.

I have just made a sourdough focaccia but it doesn't look nice and brown like bread does so hope it tastes OK when cooled off. Tomato sauce cooking in tmx at the moment. Last batch was good so this one should be too.
