Sadly cooking hasn't been a priority here of late :P. I have been making the same simple dishes over and over (DS18 hasn't been able to bite or chew since early April so that hasn't helped). Thank goodness for the trusty thermomix 8) 8). Don't know how I would have managed without it. Good old one pot Penne Bolgnaise tonight forgotten how to link properly lol http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=16290.msg387632#msg387632

Djinni, looks good. Must try it. Made some traditional Spaghetti Bol and topped next day with Awesome cheese sauce to make pasta bake. Could do same with this.
Pumpkins everywhere at the moment so making several variations of pumpkin soup. Also a nice recipe for pumpkin fritters in Age. Will try these and post if good.

Some vegetable soup for lunch, a big pot of Chow Mein and a lopsided loaf of bread.  I have no idea what happened to the bread but it tastes nice :D

So long as it tasted good, Mab, it doesn't matter what it looks like!

I have been meaning to make Roast Vegetable, Veggie Sausage and Chickpea Bake since I first saw it many months ago, but the weather has been too warm for me to have the oven on for any length of time.  However, the cooler weather is coming in now and so I finally got around to it at the weekend.  It is easy to make and absolutely delicious.  The original calls for vegetarian sausages (of course) but I should imagine good meat sausages (so long as they are not too fatty) would also work well.

Sounds nice Marina. We had pizza and salad. I picked the salad from the garden which included white radish and made a dressing of Walnut oil and lemon juice.
