Didn't get all made but very happy with what I did. Chilli jam and the buns from Paul Hollywoods book Bread. These I converted to TMX and are part of the 'Savoury Brioch Couronne recipe that I posted.It made 8 cooked in crumpet rings and 6 smaller ones cooked in a muffin top tray. We will have a bun , lightly toasted and filled with a chicken schnitzel and cold slaw for Dinner. I have been impatient to try making these since having a Broich roll with Lobster at a cafe recently.
