A nice loaf cookie, do you toast it or eat as is with butter?

Thank you. Judy it has choc chips in it so I wouldn't toast it.

Yummy Cookie. Please post recipe when you get a moment.
Making a chicken and fennel ( from the garden) casserole for dinner. Also a I minute over night loaf.
Last night , on the way home from Cherokee we had dinner at a restaurant in Daylesford. I paid $30 for a slice of lasagna which was horrible. The noodle was dry, the filling just minced meat and topped with a powerful tomato paste. Ral had a chicken parmigiana which was a little better. Also smothered in the same strong tomato paste.

It makes you think Baked Beans with an egg on the top, all on toast is a lot cheaper and nicer Chookie. At least you didn't have to prepare it or wash the dishes.

I made some Passionfruit Madeleines today. I didn't use the thermomix as the eggs and sugar had to beat for 10 minutes.

That's a favourite meal of mine cookie but I still rarely have it, trying to get through all my freezer stocks.
I love madeleines, pretty easy to make and they always turn out beautifully. Another thing I don't make very often LOL.

Would the pear paste work as the filling in a "jam drop" type biscuit or shortcake recipe K Atie?  I did that recently with some left over plum jam wasn't in a big enough jar to give away.

The bread looks tasty Chookie. K Atie I often use left over fruit paste in Jam Drop cookies. Just poke a hole in the centre with the end of a floured wooden spoon and put the paste in.
