Just some simple biscuits for the bikkie jar.

Well done Cookie.  They look great.  There is a Cafe in Melbourne that we frequent that serve a Brioche Bun with Lobster, mayo , lettuce and very thin slices of onion. Rediciously expensive, but beautiful.
I am still searching for the ultimate Chocolate Chip Cookie.  Like Mab with her sponge, I have lots of recipes to try. The problem is that Ral likes a soft biscuit while I like a crisp one. So the recipe has to provide both, but baked for different times.

Chookie, in my recipe box the only choc chip cookie recipe I’ve kept is this one of Dede’s https://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=5405.0
I imagine if you cook Ral’s batch for less time that would work, I do 12 minutes for crunchy and do take Dede’s advice and only use the egg yolk.

I don’t usually bake a white loaf but thought I’d do so today.
This is into a cold oven.  Roast beef next.

My DH would  love that Chookie, it is all crusty.
I have a plaited fruit loaf rising at the moment. It is very slow as it is very cold here today. I think it may have reached 15* by now.
These are some Blueberry and Lemon cakes I made yesterday. The recipe is from Baking for the Thermomix, Lesley Russell. I couldn’t resist it, it’s from the same publisher as tmix+ and Tenina’s books.

Thank you Chookie.
Today I made the garibaldi biscuits from the same book. We have had a lot of visitors this week so have needed lots of goodies.

Interesting name cookie, Garibaldi make smallgoods here in SA but I’m sure your biscuits don’t have salami in them LOL.
