We're having friends over for dinner tonight, so I've been busy today and yesterday.Baked ciabatta (from What Caroline Cooked), Nico's focaccia and Chookies No Fuss bread as canapé toasts and breadsticks. Only 2 people are coming, so I've gone overboard as usual!For starters we are having a selection of things - mini pork meatballs in tomato sauce, mushroom arancini with Nico's saffron aioli, baked artichoke dip, Isi's crispy olives and other anti-pasta type things. For mains it Nico's spinach & ricotta gnudi with ragu di pomodoro, Nico's bresaola parmigiana and rocket salad, another salad (with Teninas honey mustard dressing) and grilled ciabatta.For dessert it's Farfallina's chocolate soufflés with salted caramel ice-cream and/or vanilla ice-cream. I hope our friends are hungry!!
