ES! You would be the best biscuit maker , ever.
Remaking a new recipe today, just to get the amount of ingredients correct. It is non TMX, fresh Chutney and delicious.

We're having friends over for dinner tonight, so I've been busy today and yesterday.
Baked ciabatta (from What Caroline Cooked), Nico's focaccia and Chookies No Fuss bread as canapé toasts and breadsticks. Only 2 people are coming, so I've gone overboard as usual!
For starters we are having a selection of things - mini pork meatballs in tomato sauce, mushroom arancini with Nico's saffron aioli, baked artichoke dip, Isi's crispy olives and other anti-pasta type things.
For mains it Nico's spinach & ricotta gnudi with ragu di pomodoro, Nico's bresaola parmigiana and rocket salad, another salad (with Teninas honey mustard dressing) and grilled ciabatta.
For dessert it's Farfallina's chocolate soufflés with salted caramel ice-cream and/or vanilla ice-cream. I hope our friends are hungry!!

I hope your visitors come with doggie bags Katie, what a great selection of bread products. Nice menu, they should be very happy to be dining at your place tonight.

Katie even if I left now on a plane I couldn't make it for dinner. Your food looks and sounds spectacular. Do you enjoy all the preparation?

Nice menu Katie. Your guests are sure to enjoy their dinner.
I made Johnro'sGourmet Beef Casserole today and it tastes yum.
Then made some chicken, leek and mushroom pies. These are not fit to be photographed
I used Maggie Beer's sour cream pastry for the base and it was so soft, almost like creamed butter, that I could hardly roll it out. I don't know what I did wrong as I have made this before with no problems but todays was a disaster. There is still some in the fridge that I will probably have to throw out.

Kate , all looks wonderful. Think you might not have plenty left over.
Very simple dinner. Chicken broth with mini din sims, then prawn toasts. Orange to follow.
