Made 2 new biscuit recipes.  The biscotti recipe was easy and ok, the Garabaldi recipe a waste of time. Made 1/2 recipe of My Favourite Quiche.  Cooked it in AF.  30 minutes at 160 . Good.

Marina what is Greek sausage tray bake ? Sounds good.
Made Dani Valant’s soft-bake chocolate chip biscuits ( Lindt hazelnut and milk chocolate) , these are the bomb . The secret ingredient is cream cheese . Broccoli soup , DD was hungry so she had the soup before dinner.

Late yesterday I made a lemon slice. Would you believe I have forgotten where I found the recipe?
The Japanese milk bread was ever so soft. There is still a bit left today and it is as soft as when it was first baked.

The milk loaf is very tiny.

K Atie, the recipe is here: https://www.foodforfitness.co.uk/recipes/greek-chicken-tray-bake/ as you can see, it is really a chicken meal, but I used some really nice vegan sausages.  A very tasty, quick and easy dish to make.

Made the Japanese Milk loaf.  Quit easy adapted to TMX.  Next time will add an additional 1/3 to fill the tin. I’ve taken photos of how I managed. Ha to add antra 15 minutes.

Marina thank you, will have a look .
Soft-baked biscuits almost gone , managed to hide six for a care package for a friend .
Dani Valant’s coconut carrot and cumin soup , the cumin is the key to this one .

Lovely Chookie. I had the last of ours for lunch today and it is still as soft and fresh as it was  on Sunday. DD took half of ours to one of her friends at work.

Chookie & Cookie your milk bread looks lovely.  Is this the recipe from King Arthur Flour?

This afternoon I made some Pumpkin, bacon, onion & cheese quiches for lunches.
