Maddy,  these are great.   I have a 'complete' ginger bread man.   Could I bite the leg and head off ,  to get the same effect.?

I made Trudys orange muffins, but made them into jaffa  muffin tops instead.....ready Judy......using a muffin top tin from Woolworths

Using an icecream scoop, flatten the mix around the base of tray (little more than I have pictured here)

Jaffa muffin tops.....the best bit of the muffin  :D Crunchy out side, soft inside.

Huh!  I've got one of those tins - NOW I know what it's for! lol
I just make 'mini-muffins' in them  :)

I've had a Cookie1 day in my kitchen today - made her Chicken Breast with capers, anchovies and sundried tomatoes in the varoma and her Cherry ice-cream only has one more beating to go and I'm finished for the night.

Tonight I made rainbow's Easy Carbonara so that I could use up leftover chicken from Cookie's Chicken with capers, anchovies and sundried tomatoes I made last night. Very tasty.  Now I have leftovers from the leftovers :-)) :-))

It sounds like our house Judy. Dh is working next term so he won't be home to eat all the leftovers. Look out freezer.

Had visitors for a light lunch today and served

Freshly baked bread rolls
Chicken Kiev
Green Goddess Rice
Steamed carrots, beans and cauliflower
Raspberry brownies/home-made chocolate ice-cream
Freshly made lemonade

They went home with a pile of lemons and some rolls for later.

I did very little Cookie.  I had the uncrumbed chicken kievs, the rice and the desserts in the freezer so all I had to do this morning was make the rolls & crumb the chicken before they got here then it was just a matter of steaming the prepared vegies whilst the chicken was in the oven, make the green goddess dressing whilst the rice was heating in the microwave and whip up a batch of lemonade (I had all the ingredients ready to go).
I was even having a conversation the whole time all this was happening so my confidence is growing by the day. I used to hate anyone being in my kitchen when I was preparing a meal.  They thought it was wonderful but to me, it was just an ordinary every day meal.

I find people are very impressed to know everything is made from scratch but they just think I am clever and really don't give the credit to the wonder machine where it really belongs. I love to cook, it loves to work - a marriage made in heaven. A simple thing like a batch of rolls always impresses guests.

Yesterday I made gingerbread cookies from the festive book. Nice and simple

I love these cutters......they're called "already eaten"  8)

Love the look on the man on the left - like "OMG where's your head?"
