After everyone talking about the Raspberry cordial I plan to make some today. Then lasagne and possibly Chookie's garlic plait.

I'm thinking I might attempt to make some hollandaise sauce later as I have just bought a couple of bunches of beautiful looking asparagus from the growers market. I've tried to make it once before but it was really runny and it split, so I'll try and get it right this time!

We're having Tenina's
Chicken and Prawn Laksa
on bean thread noodles - so yum!! I didn't have any shrimp paste so I just left it out, and it's still delicious.

No fuss rolls x 2, cream cheese pastry (using yoghurt cheese I made from my batch of homemade yoghurt) which I'm then going to use in Maddy's Artichoke & Parmesan Tart and baby food for DS2.

today i have been a busy girl.... have a dinner party at a mates place tomoz night, we all are brining a entree, main and a desert... so im getting the bulk of it done today (thank you thermomix) entree is mini spiced pumpkin patties by cp63 and spring rolls from a adapted recipe i have in my head with maddys thai dipping sauce, my main will be chicken pies (havent done those yet), my desert is the meringue pie (but i will use butternut snap cookies as the base).
for tonight dinner we are having turkish meat loaf roll (with a tweak by my husbands request) by farfallina...
is it possible to over use my thermo???

Made butter, used buttermilk to make buttermilk bread. Also made chilli con carne and rice for dinner. This morning made poached eggs in TM with Hollandaise sauce. Yum!
