Greeting from the Gold Coast!! Has been cloudy and raining but I don't care, I'm sitting down looking across the water.  8) Thermie has been keeping us fed with pizzas, lasagna, (made before we came) coleslaw, custards, wraps & cocktails.  ;D

That sounds lovely Nay-Nay.

Today's makings so far are the Tikka paste and Butter chicken for dinner tonight with rice. I still have decided if we'll have Naan or not. I made roti last time we had curry, but I prefer naan.

Sultana boiled cake (not very much in TMX) and hot cross buns batch one. Maybe some bread as I'm eating Baker's Delight bread.

Getting ready for Easter so today have made Fish Pie using salmon, cod and prawns, tuna noodle & corn casserole, Chicken hors-D'oeuvres from the EDC and Brazen's carrot cake with cream cheese frosting. Apart from the cake, everything is ready to just pop into the oven to finish cooking which just leaves bread or rolls to make in the morning now.

I made banana cupcakes, using Johnro's banana cake mix  http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=4600.0   and baked at 175c, 20 mins.
Topped with maple cream cheese icing.

They look lovely. I've made blueberry, banana and yogurt mini muffins, the beef curry and lemon fetta from the calendar some years ago.(tomorrow nights dinner), some pannacota and strawberry couli, oh and custard to go with the last of the Christmas puddings from the freezer.

Well I have been experimenting today  ;D I made TM ice magic  :o and a chocolate coconut butter based on a  loving earth product which I normally buy here is a link.... http://www.raw-chocolate.net/products/20/raw-organic-coconut-chocolate-butter I will post the recipes as soon as I retest the ice magic quantities  ;) the coconut butter was a bit more textured so the final result wasn't as smooth. Anyway all in the name of road testing I have eaten a fair bit of chocolate flavoured things today  ;) ;) ;)

Wow Meagan.....sounds amazing and I can't wait for you to post it!
I love using ice magic for decorating, but the bought version has a taste that just seems a bit wrong  :-\

DD saw some ice magic the other day and we wondered if it could be made in the TMX. I'll look forward to your recipe Meagan.

So jealous of everyone eating bananas!!!

We're having the "my favorite quiche" recipe tonight.  Going to make some mayo then the avo ranch dressing so we can have salad with it.
