Making my first bread, just need to know if I have to spray or line my loaf tin?
Can I add herbs to the top of the loaf before cooking?
Thanks

Thanks Uni. I have been out all day so thanks for reply. Dizzy, as Uni says you can add to top or into mix. Also up to 1/3 of your choice of grain or whole meal or rye flour. It will not rise as much. Let us know how you go with your first loaf. It is really such fun.

Wanted to show my visitor how the TMX makes a loaf of bread so I used this recipe for the loaf this morning - it rose so high, she was very impressed.

Going to make another loaf today as DS7 has been sick all night and is at home.
Might make some pizza dough to freeze too. I am on a roll now, no stopping me LOL
