Isn't it wonderful that we can do this and with almost no effort. Lovely looking rolls Chookie.

Cookie and Judy, this is my lazy bread recipe. When I can't be bothered thinking this is just so easy.
The new oven gets hotter than my one at Cherokee. I am going to enjoy this.

I love this recipe, it is so easy to add to and change.
Yesterday I made this and at the 50 second point of the kneading I added about 1/2-3/4 cup of sliced black olives as well as about a teaspoon of rosemary.
I had picked a few sprigs of rosemary, wrapped it in a paper towel and microwaved it for about 30 seconds. ( watch that it doesn't catch fire, it shouldn't after only 30 seconds). I then crumbled up the dried bits and added to the dough.

After the first rise I plaited the dough. ( I wasn't brave enough to try more than 3 pieces). Before baking it I sprinkled it with herb garlic salt.
Thanks for a wonderful recipe Chookie.

Your variation sounds yummmm Cookie!
The loaf looks good as well :)
I am just starting to get better at bread making, will slowly try creating variations.. I had tried wholemeal and I ended up putting a little bit more water so the loaf ended soggy, from then I have been really scared to experiment..

Nothing beats it Denise, the smell of home made bread and freshly brewed coffee, not that I've smelt it in my house for a while now!  Lovely looking loaf cookie.

Cookie, that does sound nice and looks very professional.  Perfect to have with soup this cold weather.
I cut some rolls in half and buttered them with garlic butter, 5 minutes in AF. Excellent.

I know I have said it before but I love this recipe. I wanted to make a chocolate babka sort of thing but use a recipe I knew. I made this and used a good squirt of molasses as part of the liquid. When I knocked the dough down I divided it in 2 and rolled each piece out to a rectangle. I spread Nutella over it and rolled it up. I sliced it partially through lengthwise. I put the pieces beside each other and twisted them together. It isn't a thing of beauty, but the taste is fantastic.
