Bombay Potato and Spicy Cocunut Green Beans from Indian Cookbook

Hi lovely people

In the middle of moving, come home from work with 6 guests due in a few hours. Just looking for my Indian Cookbook to cook the above dishes to go with my curry and it is packed.....argghhh. Can anyone help with a quick abreviated even post of the above recipes. URGENTLY!

Oh Katherine, so sorry I read this one too late.  Good luck with the moving and I hope tonight wasn't a disaster. You are moving and you have 6 guests for dinner  ??? ???  :o :o

Thanks anyhow guys, yes JUDYDWAN, I am mad, I realise this now. It was the straw that broke the camels back I am afriad... I always take too much on and I ended up in a few tears last night. Anyhow at least I have learnt a bit as one day I would have tried and tried to go ahead with the plans - but take out pizza it was!!!!!! I now must realise to SLOW down a bit too!  The curry is on the menu for tonight (just us) minus the sides. Will do the whole Indian buffet thing as a  houewarming I guess!!!

I can associate with that KLC79 but once you learn to slow down, life becomes so much more pleasurable. I'm sure your guests had a great time.
