Roast pork, and lots of veges

Visitors from England coming for a light dinner tonight, just having alot of small things they can have as little or as much as they like...
bacon and egg pie slices (done in a long flan dish)
wedges
chicken meatballs
mini buns with cheese and bacon on top
cheese fondue with fresh veges and bread cubes
dried fruit platter
junk snack food platter (chips, crackers, dips, cheeses etc)
caeser salad
brownie and blondie
choc bars & sweets

It's been warm here this weekend, so I've cooked on the BBQ got the last couple of nights. Thermie is having a well deserved rest LOL

I love this forum- there is always a new recipe to try.
I made GHM 's thai chicken pot pies for dinner, and dinner was a huge success. I halved the curry paste as the kids don't like spicy food, and my fussy DS had 3 helpings. I made it into two pies rather than individual ones, and I only have half a pie left :)
