We were having the Vegetarian Pasties from Alyce's new book, then that changed to roast as DH bought a roast when he was out. I don't mind as roast is so much easier.

Nice meals everyone.

I have no idea what we will have tonight.  Might see if DH will agree to take away for a change.

Tried a new chicken curry recipe today. Big, bold flavours with a generous use of aromatics that defines Malaysian cuisine. Galangal, turmeric, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, belacan and coconut cream. Yum!

We crumbed chicken strips, leftover cauliflower cheese, vegetarian pasties with tomato sauce. Oh yes, pumpkin soup too.
