I had chicken too Judy but Quirky Cookings Chicken with 40 cloves of garlic I could now stop a vampire at forty paces :D :D :D The Free Range Chicken was on offer and I got a whole bag of garlic cheap ;) ;D

We had chicken for dinner last night also - chicken, mushroom & spinach risotto.

I believe it is very mild when roasted, how did the boys like it CC?  What did you do with it all, surely you didn't eat it all between the 3 of you  :D

We had quiche two ways.....egg and bacon pie for the men ;) and caramelised onion with sun dried tomato & feta.

Yum Kimmy, I would have wanted a slice of both.

Tonight we had sweet pea fish pie from Jamie Oliver's new cookbook.
My DH loved it.  I'm not really a fan of fish, so I didn't enjoy it as much.

The garlic was very mild Judy.The boys loved it.Have enough leftovers to make something with it. ;) ;D

Your dinner looks yummy, Judy. What's dukkah?

Made Spag Bol tonight. Have been making this fabulous sauce from Gourmet Traveller magazine, since they ran an Italian theme a couple of years ago. Reduced 3 times and quite fiddly but so divine!

Thank goodness for my TM. It reduced the vege chopping time by 90% :D

Description & Use: Dukkah is an Egyptian specialty made from various roasted nuts and spices. Dip bread into olive oil and then dip it into the Dukkah for a tasty snack. Dukkah is delicious sprinkled over salads or mixed with mayonnaise for dipping crudites. Dukkah makes a tasty coating when put on chicken before grilling or pan-frying.
