Last night was chicken fillets steamed in the varoma which were really nice, and roast potato and kumara, with steamed carrots and peas. & gravy.

Tonight I have a pork roast thawing to have with potatoes, zucchini muffins, steamed veg, crackling and gravy.  :)

Thai minced chicken with basil and chillies. Piled on top of some fried runny-yolk eggs. Just like one of our must-have orders at Thai Corner, a restaurant in KL, Malaysia.

Adapted from a David Thompson recipe. Very happy to finally find the recipe 😛

The recipe, if anyone's interested: http://www.gourmettraveller.com.au/recipes/recipe-search/chefs-recipes/2009/11/david-thompson-stir-fried-minced-beef-with-chillies-and-holy-basil-(neua-pat-bai-grapao)/
