yum bzb looks absolutely delicious ;D

slow cooked  lamb shanks,  mashed potatoes and vegetables, miserable weather we are still having in Perth so something to warm us up

....tonight is scotch steaks with peppercorn sauce & veg.

Wonderful inspiring food everyone.8)  DS and I have leftover Hungarian Goulash tonight.DH is going out for a pint ( or two) and supper with a friend.

I made my first roast in months tonight, the one from the Devil book - the healthy "roast" chicken with 5 vegies and gravy.  Delicious.
