yum bzb looks absolutely delicious
slow cooked lamb shanks, mashed potatoes and vegetables, miserable weather we are still having in Perth so something to warm us up

Cream puffs coating for chicken fillets
& last night was chorizo & capsicum quiches made in the pie maker
....tonight is scotch steaks with peppercorn sauce & veg.

Indeed it does BZB.
I made my first roast in months tonight, the one from the Devil book - the healthy "roast" chicken with 5 vegies and gravy. Delicious.
