Wednesday was beef goulash & mash (the Suzanne Gibbs pressure cooker book)...really nice, using smoked paprika
Thurs was chevap burgers with caramelised onions
And tonight is
smoked chicken & avocado fettucini

Somehow it's ended up being a Maddy's meals weekend! Mums meat slice last night and chorizo risotto tonight.

We had mince with vege ravioli in it with a cheese sauce over and oven baked - sort of like Johnro's macaroni beef with a twist!!

Tonight: lamb forequarter roast in the slowcooker with acti-fried potatoes and kumara, steamed veg (TM), gravy (TM) and a summer salad.
