I made a topping with a handful of parsley and a handful of coriander, 2 slices of multigrain bread, zest and juice of 2 limes, black pepper and a little oil whizzed on speed 5 for 5 seconds. Then baked at 180c for 12 minutes. It was cooked through but still moist - I like my salmon still quite raw in the middle, and think it would probably be cooked to my liking after 8-10 minutesI had started the potatoes earlier, but cooked the mushrooms for 12 minutes too.
