I made a Shane Delia recipe for slow roasted lamb which was marinated in anchovies and garlic along with a tabbouleh salad with pistachio, cracked wheat, mint and parsley. I also added some pomegranate molasses to both the lamb and the salad. It was a beautiful meal. I also made a green salad and lemon potatoes because I was sure the kids wouldn't eat the tabbouleh. I would recommend both fishes. We are now thinking we might try and get to his restaurant Maha soon.

Wonder, that looks delicious.
Gert, I'll be knocking on your door soon.
I made a leek and chicken pie for dinner, and have been given some vanilla slice for dessert. :D
I've also made my raspberry and chocolate chick pea brownie for tomorrow.

The cheese looks rather nice Gert.  Wonder your meal would have been lovely.
We're having butter chicken tonight.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Tonight we are having Beef, Vegetable & Chick Pea casserole from the freezer with one of the filo pastries I made today and some mixed veg.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

Chokkies KFC chicken, corn n the cob, coleslaw and chips. We have two extra boys tonight so hoping they enjoy this take away style food. Giving my new deep fryer a workout.
