Both of those meals look delicious.
Tonight I marinated beef in the leftover tandoori marinade, threaded on skewers, bbq'd and served with salad. Dessert was fruit soda with strawberry sauce and strawberry swirl icecream.

I had a couple if extra kids for dinner and there is absolutely nothing left :)

Lovely looking food from everyone. We had chicken and potatoes cookies in the sauce left from the Chicken Katsu the other night. Will carrot and broccoli, roasted tomatoes and roasted mushrooms.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Chicken Kiev tonight with mashed spuds, sesame broccoli, and fresh sweet corn.

Wow, gorgeous meals everyone! I am definitely inspired to try a few of those.  :)

A busy day at work today and I can't really be bothered, so DH and I are making butter chicken together.

Yes a christening.
It is an oven with built in programs so very different to any I have used before.
I am going to try the slow cooked roast lamb.
Fingers crossed but it is fun!
