That's a tasty dish Karen, I haven't made that in a while.

We're having a pasta bake I've made using turkey mince and bolognese sauce, with a spinach & ricotta cheesy top.

INAID, I need one of those. We had fish and chips too, but only because we have a huge water leak in the kitchen. Water was spraying out of the cupboard under the sink. We have turned off the water to the house - why do these things a,wys happen on the weekends?

The same thing happened to me ES, on a Friday night. Regular plumber couldn't make it and the next one couldn't make it until sat morning. Some time will have to replace the cupboards.. :(. Whoever thought to make kitchen cupboards, especially those near water, out of particle board really had no idea.....about anything!!!

We had steak marinated ovrrnight from an Anna Gare recipe, her quinoa salad, green salad & steamed potatoes. DH & I are loving the Anna Gare book, 2 nights in a row :) tonight lefts overs of the above & the chicken :)

I've bought the Anne Gare book as an ebook Hally on your recommendation.  Really looks like some lovely stuff in there and what I would like to make.  Thanks for that.  :)

JulieO, its a lovely book, great, easy recipes. Let me know what you make. I used bbq steak & marinated overnight, it was so tender it tasted more like fillet :) everything I have made has been a big hit with cp too. :)
