I must get used to using my pressure cooker again. Since we renovated the kitchen and got an induction cooktop, I have got all "scared" of my pressure cooker again
Ridiculous I know, but I just can't get inspired to use it again.

Karen, I always used to do it in the slow cooker before getting my PC and it worked well - just took a lot longer
hope you enjoy it.

Pulled pork done in the slow cooker, with smashed potatoes from QFEO, and EDC coleslaw.
The pulled pork worked beautifully, and was popular with everyone. Impressed MIL, which is always handy

I reckon you could do it with any meat Michele, so long as it is slow cooked in a reasonable amount of liquid to stop it drying out. There is a Jamie Oliver recipe somewhere on the internet for a slow cooked lamb shoulder that is cooked at low temp for 4 hours with alfoil covering it to stop it drying out, and it just fell apart like the pork did.
Found the link for the lamb:

Mich, there are lots of recipes online for the beef done a similar way, we've tried a few but not for a while. We quite often have the shane Delia 12 hour lamb and it's fantastic and gives a similar result. We always have our pulled pork the traditional IS way in a soft roll with coleslaw.

We had chicken fillets coated in a version of CP's crispy coating, roasted vegetables from quick fix every occasion and mushroom sauce front EDC. No photo but it tasted great.
