Zan!
I made minted lamb rissoles, topped with mint jelly (both in TM), and served with grilled zucchini/fetta/tomato risoni salad, with a lemony dressing.

LoL Zan!
I used the mint jelly recipe that thermomixer posted:
http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=2838.0
I just halved everything, and it yielded 2 cups.
I got a little forgetful, and put the mint in with the apples to cook, instead of adding it in at the end......but it turned out wonderfully minted anyway

Garlic, spinach and mushrooms, I would never have thought of that and it looks delicious. We're having quiche tonight. Not sure what I'm putting into it apart from the eggs and cheese.

Tonight was prawns, cous cous, rice, carrots, garlic mushrooms and a cream lime sauce.
(dissension in the house with regards cous cous and rice and as you can do both at the same time in the tmx I just did both to make everyone happy)
Maddy thanks for the mint jelly recipe have printed off.

Lucky you Maddy - don't even try to talk them into trying a piece, they might get to like it and then you'd have to share.
Hot here today so made coleslaw and the sweet potato salad from thermorecipes.blogspot which was very nice. I used my magic mayonnaise and it really made it. Only did 1/3 of the recipe - for the 2 of us that will last us 3 meals with cold meats etc.

are we all letting our food go a little cold while we set things up and take a few photographs??? (I know I can be guilty of this, and my family like to laugh at me for doing it, so its all cool and part of the fun. My kids friends even call me by my avatar he he he - love it! PS: when we eat and they comment on how nice it is, we refer to you and they know all you guys too from your avatars and how often we try your recipes). Keep up the good work, and keep posting. The photo's are priceless by the way.
If MM was to read this, it would be nice for each new forum member to be sent basic instructions on how to post recipes, search for ingredients or recipes, add photographs (very important) when they sign up as new members.
