You're certainly putting the new oven to good use INAID.

Looks good INAID

Pasties from the freezer and a vegetable casserole to use up the veg in the fridge.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

Tried out the rotisserie tonight with a roast turkey. Thanks to Mich I used Margaret Fulton's apple and pork stuffing. Used up the leftover paleo bread instead of white bread. Delish.

Heavens - a WHOLE turkey? It looks gorgeous, but how many were you feeding?

I've had a request for smoked salmon salad - so, no complaints from me! No cooking, just assembling.

We had Hungarian Goulash from the T5 book. I used skirt steak instead of gravy beef. It wasn't too bad at all. I gave it 4/5 in my review.

We had Maddy's chorizo risotto for dinner tonight. It's been on my "to do" list for a while and we weren't disappointed

First time I've felt like cooking much this week. Baked potatoes with Quirky Jo's Huevos Rancheros, corn and tomato salsa, quacamole, sour cream and melted cheese. Yum!
I have a Facebook page with all things cooking, you'll find it here: https://www.facebook.com/What-Amber-Ate-1097437023601587/
