Tried out the rotisserie tonight with a roast turkey. Thanks to Mich I used Margaret Fulton's apple and pork stuffing. Used up the leftover paleo bread instead of white bread. Delish.

Heavens - a WHOLE turkey? It looks gorgeous, but how many were you feeding?

We had Hungarian Goulash from the T5 book. I used skirt steak instead of gravy beef. It wasn't too bad at all. I gave it 4/5 in my review.

We had Maddy's chorizo risotto for dinner tonight. It's been on my "to do" list for a while and we weren't disappointed

Marinated beef roast dinner last night, tonight: pork chops, homemade potato and kumara wedges with a sour cream dip, salad and veg batons.

First time I've felt like cooking much this week. Baked potatoes with Quirky Jo's Huevos Rancheros, corn and tomato salsa, quacamole, sour cream and melted cheese. Yum!
