LOL another night another restaurant! I am starting to miss home cooking. Beautiful taro hummus, followed by garlic chilli green beans and a bowl of saimin with Kailua pork on top. If anyone ever comes to Ko Olina, Oahu make sure you visit MonkeyPod Kitchen. The best locavore restaurant on Oahu.

Heading home today after only being there for one week out of the last 5. Son is picking us up & his first words will be "What's for dinner?"
All suggestions gratefully received .

Had a small amount of cauli-au-gratin leftover so mushed it up a bit, added some peas and a small can of salmon and voila, salmon mornay for tea.

Tried out the rotisserie tonight with a roast turkey. Thanks to Mich I used Margaret Fulton's apple and pork stuffing. Used up the leftover paleo bread instead of white bread. Delish.
