Tried out the rotisserie tonight with a roast turkey. Thanks to Mich I used Margaret Fulton's apple and pork stuffing. Used up the leftover paleo bread instead of white bread. Delish.

Heavens - a WHOLE turkey? It looks gorgeous, but how many were you feeding?

Sorry delay in responding just the four of us. However we've had lovely turkey salads all week and it's come in handy having my Aunt and cousin stay with us.

Nothing much for us, we were at a surprise 43rd and drank far too much so just had some of the left over finger food. Now drinking lots of water before heading to bed.

We had sausages and wedges in the AF. A quick meal after being out all day.
