Ricotta gnocchi from the thermomix recipe community with tomato and lentil sauce with garlic bread. Easy meal using ingredients I had in the house.

Lovely presentation Judy.

That looks lovely Judy. Wonder yours sounds tasty.
We had burgers, salad and scrolls tonight. It was supposed to be something else but we had visitors late into the afternoon.

Looks delicious Judy.  :D

Yesterday I took a litre of home made chicken stock from the freezer and added lots of veg that needed using up to make a tasty chunky veg soup.  Used up my last 2 cubes of umami paste too, so will have to make some more soon.  Like adding that in soups etc and this is the time of year for them.  Will be having more of the same tonight.  :)

Skinnymixers Mac and cheese using homemade penne.  Sauce has sweet pot, pumpkin, carrot and zucchini which children had no idea about. How sneaky is that?

I made some fettuccine and put it with some ham I had and mushrooms  then low fat cream. We put grated Parmesan on top. It was quick, easy and tasty.
