I made
Crunchy Cheese topped Tuna Mornay
for dinner.Recipe from the RC.We enjoyed it but reckon
Nan Country Kitchen Curried Tuna Slice
is better.

Varoma steamed corned beef with mashed potato, steamed veg and mustard sauce. I introduced the children to a childhood favourite of golden syrup dumplings for dessert tonight. They loved them and they tasted just like I remembered.

Kimmy we had Golden Syrup Dumplings a lot as a kid and I love to make them still. They are perfect for the cooler nights.

Yum Kimmy. I can't remember the last time I had golden syrup dumplings.

Kimmyh, they look delicious. Love them this cold weather. Often had them as a child and occasionally have them now.
CC , you surprise me as my English Grandmother used to make them often so I thought of them as an English dish.
